Tired! 

Some of us have a two hour presentation to give that begins at 7:30 tomorrow. It still needs a few final edits at 7:00.

But this game won’t end! Can’t calm down enough to sleep!

4.3 miles. 40 minutes. 9:19 pace. 

Tonight was speed work. 10 minute warm up followed by 20 minutes of intervals then a 10 minute cool down. 

The last couple intervals were challenging which tells me I was at a good pace. 

This week feels like it will never end.

30 minutes on the bike. 9.3 miles. 

I used the hill option until the last two minutes. Nice change. Kept rpms over 100. I’m not sure what the next level of bike workout is- higher level? More time? More hills? All of the above?

Sit-ups and pushups later.

4 miles. 37:55. 9:29 pace. 

Warmed up for a mile, pushed 2 and 3, then cooled down the 4th mile. Having to make it up as I go since some people decide to go on vacation.

I’m up 5 from the last time I posted my weight about 3 months ago. I’m also down from my highest during that time which was around 235. I just didn’t focus much on my weight the last 6 weeks of training. 

I’m close to needing new pants and I have multiple pairs of pants that are brand new (34 and 36). I’m close to fitting in the 36s and I’d rather do that than buy new ones.

First run since the weekend and felt good. Third day watching my carbs. Time to get the weight back down a few pounds.
